This is a fantastic bowl, started on a clear glass base, then layered with petal shaped red glass, painted on both sides. Additional color is layered with pulled stringers or various colors. A sparkling green glass accents the center of the design, as well as leaves interspersed about the edge. A pop of cobalt creates a contrast edging the around the poppy. This large flower, once completed was slumped in a mold I have made myself using my pottery skills, making it an absolutely one of a kind. This piece measures 14” across and 5” tall.
